Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.  
Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Chocolate Shipping Disclaimer

Chocolate products may be sensitive to heat during warmer weather. To help protect your order during transit, ice packs will be available as an optional add-on at checkout during warm temperatures.

While we carefully package all chocolate orders, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not soften or melt during shipping, especially in high temperatures or when shipping to warmer climates.  

By placing an order containing chocolate, the customer acknowledges the risk of heat exposure during transit. We are not responsible for melted chocolate if an ice pack is not added to the order.
