Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
If your order arrives with a major issue (such as missing items or incorrect products), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can review the situation.
We package every order carefully, but candy may shift or break during transit. We are not responsible for minor breakage that may occur during shipping.
